Cafe Barko

Description

A fine seafood restaurant on Flamenco, the furthest of the series of little resort islands joined by the Amador Causeway flanking the approach channel of the Canal. The first-floor open-air restaurant is high enough to catch the sea breezes and to enjoy views of the city across the bay seen through waving palms and the masts of yachts in the nearby marina. The marine decor, including a dugout fishing canoe forming the front of the bar, is a complement to the food. You can get a steak, or a chicken breast, but the rest of the menu is strictly seafood. Opera Barko, a dish to die for If the day is too hot, take advantage of the air-conditioned dining room.

Isla Flamenco, Calzada de Amador

Signature Dish: Linguini Marinero
