Jose Luis Revilla, also known as “Tote”, considers himself an expert in Digital Marketing and social networks. He began to develop in this area at the age of 17, when he formed the Pop Rock musical group "Los Jimmys". With this he managed to generate millions of plays in songs, and get sponsorships that took him around the mexican republic. After 5 years of being the lead singer, and managing the group's social media, he began to follow another of his passions, audiovisual production. Learning and perfecting the use of video and animation programs.
At age 22, he was hired by IVI DMC Enterprises to work as Vice President of Marketing at DQuest DMO; company he currently works for, developing digital marketing strategies. In this company he learned a lot about tourism promotion and the incentive travel industry.

Bernardo has been working in the tourism industry for almost 5 years, with expertise in various sectors, such as Business Consulting, Tourism Industry and Administrative Logistics. At the age of 23, he joined IVI DMC as the Corporate Marketing Coordinator and is now pleased with his new role as Marketing Manager for DQuest DMO. Steve got bit by the travel bug early and began his travel career in the Meetings and Event Industry, and has held sourcing positions at BI, Carlson Marketing Group, MotivAction and CWT and knows what buyers need. Over the years he has traveled to over 72 countries and seen over 90 cruise ships. He enjoys using his sourcing, contracting and destination knowledge to strategize, and deliver the best option for individual travelers and groups.

Although she likes traveling, her greatest vocation has always been to receive people, whether in Bahia, Rio de Janeiro or Cancun, where she lived for 5 years and changed her career in tourism and began working in the hotel commercial department.

Gabriel Alejandro Garza Caro is Co-founder & Managing Director at DocTour who works with international travelers and tourists to solve their health problems during their travel. With an innovation in tech & processes, a completely new hybrid model has been created to attend all travelers medical needs.
Gabriel believes that empowerment, teamwork, strategic planning, and communication are key fundamentals for startups to develop in order to establish early, the way for success in today’s healthtech environment. Gabriel is trained in Business Process Management and in Project & Portfolio Management as a Project Management Officer. For Gabriel, the most rewarding part of his role is the ability to innovate and think out of the box to solve everyday business & market challenges. Prior to working at DocTour, Gabriel began as a Business Process Consultant and Project Manager at CEMEX, where he collaborated to map, design, create the new CEMEX’s processes, system and software and implementing it in some European countries and in México.
Gabriel holds a University Degree in International Commerce from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estutios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in México, and a Master 1 Degree in Economics and Society and Master 2 Degree in Economics of Territorial Development from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France.

Nallely Tamayo has more than 19 years of experience in international sales at Hotels brands as InterContinental Hotels, Design Hotels, Trust Hospitality and independent boutique Hotels, also working directly IVI DMC Headquarters Office.
Nallely uses her creativity and a personal approach to find new ways to help her clients with their meetings and event needs. In 2014 started a mission to develop the European Market for a Hotel company, and since then she kept traveling between Mexico and Europe, finally moved in 2018 to Belgium, adores Mexican food, margaritas and snorkeling, she keeps going back to the Mexican Caribbean as much as posible.

Started his career in the hospitality industry and later graduated at Leeds Beckett University with a BA Hons in International Hospitality Business Management.
In 2004 Christian joined Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts in a sales capacity to generate revenue from the meeting and incentive (M&I) market.
His career developed with the creation of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), when Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts joined a hotel portfolio to include Omni Hotels & Resorts, Rydges Hotels, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts and many other five-star hotel chains.
In 2008 Christian launched a DMC representation company called Uniqueworld Global Destinations.
Currently the DMC Network has 75+ DMC offices in more than 65 countries. UniqueRFP was also launched, enabling event planners to register, search a DMC online and request for a group proposal with the ability to message online – directly with offices worldwide – avoiding concerns of response time and time zone barriers. Uniqueworld’s technology allows planners to focus on more time to talk, brainstorm about their luxury FIT or event programme and goals to be achieved. Originally from Spain I arrived in the UK 35 years ago fresh from University and started working in the travel industry straight away.
Firstly I worked in the sales office of a group of Spanish Hotels, then moved to a Representation company representing Hotels and DMCs worldwide until 1992 when I set up my own company, First Choice Marketing, representing international DMCs and working mainly with the UK MICE market.
