Jose Luis Revilla, also known as “Tote”, considers himself an expert in Digital Marketing and social networks. He began to develop in this area at the age of 17, when he formed the Pop Rock musical group "Los Jimmys". With this he managed to generate millions of plays in songs, and get sponsorships that took him around the mexican republic. After 5 years of being the lead singer, and managing the group's social media, he began to follow another of his passions, audiovisual production. Learning and perfecting the use of video and animation programs.
At age 22, he was hired by IVI DMC Enterprises to work as Vice President of Marketing at DQuest DMO; company he currently works for, developing digital marketing strategies. In this company he learned a lot about tourism promotion and the incentive travel industry.

Lory discovered her passion for the hospitality industry over 25 years ago. In 1994, being a Program Manger for a DMC in San Diego, she learned the value and importnace of a good partnership between DMC and client. She executed many programs for companies like Coca-Cola, Ford/ Maritz, Roche Labs, AMEX, to name a few. She was later invited by a big Pharma client to join the team as a Travel Director and that’s where her love for travel and world experiences got deeper.
In1999, after her TD adventures, she became a Certified Meeting Planner. This role gave her the opportunity to not only plan corporate meetings and incentives but to also showcase the destinations and cultures in other parts of the world.
In 2011, becoming a Freelance Independent Meeting Planner opened up the doors to working with some of the Top Meeting and Incentive Management Companies in the US. Planning and executing high-end events in over 50 different countries and working with hundreds of DMC’s around the world; has really enriched Lory’s expertize in knowing what it takes to plan and execute first-class meetings and incentives from both sides. Being a very proud Mexican has always been a big influence in her need to share that “Latin Heritage” with others. She really lives and feels her grandfather’s saying “Como Mexico No Hay Dos” but changes it up a little, “Como Latino America No Hay Dos!”
Lory has 3 children and 2 grandschildren (soon to be 3). Her family is her #1 passion, her work is #2 and #3 is living life to it’s fullest. Traveling is her favorite hobby, but enjoys sports, cooking, art, crafts and searching for beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Susan Avery has accomplished over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry in various roles.
Susan spent numerous years as a Meeting Planner for corporate and incentive travel programs in over 40 countries around the world which led to traveling to those countries.
Being creative and saving clients money while keeping the integrity and panache of the programs content was key.
When Susan was not in the meeting planner role she conquered the Hotel/Resort Regional Director's position. Handling numerous international hotels/resorts portfolio was her forte. Always keeping clients' best interests at top of mind has been her motto.
Susan hails from Canada, has lived in the USA for the past 21 years. Currently Susan's family consists of one daughter, one dog, one cat and one horse. You will always see Susan smiling.

Steve got bit by the travel bug early and began his travel career in the Meetings and Event Industry, and has held sourcing positions at BI, Carlson Marketing Group, MotivAction and CWT and knows what buyers need. Over the years he has traveled to over 72 countries and seen over 90 cruise ships. He enjoys using his sourcing, contracting and destination knowledge to strategize, and deliver the best option for individual travelers and groups.

Gabriel Alejandro Garza Caro is Co-founder & Managing Director at DocTour who works with international travelers and tourists to solve their health problems during their travel. With an innovation in tech & processes, a completely new hybrid model has been created to attend all travelers medical needs.

Nallely uses her creativity and a personal approach to find new ways to help her clients with their meetings and event needs. Started his career in the hospitality industry and later graduated at Leeds Beckett University with a BA Hons in International Hospitality Business Management.
In 2004 Christian joined Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts in a sales capacity to generate revenue from the meeting and incentive (M&I) market.
His career developed with the creation of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), when Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts joined a hotel portfolio to include Omni Hotels & Resorts, Rydges Hotels, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts and many other five-star hotel chains.
In 2008 Christian launched a DMC representation company called Uniqueworld Global Destinations.
Currently the DMC Network has 75+ DMC offices in more than 65 countries. UniqueRFP was also launched, enabling event planners to register, search a DMC online and request for a group proposal with the ability to message online – directly with offices worldwide – avoiding concerns of response time and time zone barriers. Originally from Spain I arrived in the UK 35 years ago fresh from University and started working in the travel industry straight away.
Firstly I worked in the sales office of a group of Spanish Hotels, then moved to a Representation company representing Hotels and DMCs worldwide until 1992 when I set up my own company, First Choice Marketing, representing international DMCs and working mainly with the UK MICE market.
